1. LOCATION:

2. NEXT SHOW DATE:
Dates: April 5, 6, 7 2024
3. SHOW HOURS:
Friday, April 5: 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday, April 6: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Sunday, April 7: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
4. SET UP HOURS:
Thursday, April 4: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Friday, April 5: 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Everything should be in your booth by 11 a.m. Friday in order for aisle carpets to be laid.
Options for flooring rental will be sent to all exhibitors.
5. TEAR DOWN:
Sunday April 7 – 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Monday April 8 – 9 a.m. to 12 noon
NO displays are to be removed prior to 4 p.m. Sunday April 7.
6. PUBLICITY:
Promotional publicity to build attendance with Radio and other media
7. DISPLAY REGULATIONS:
Drapery partitions are provided at a height of 8 ft. along the back of each exhibit space and 3 ft. along each side of exhibits.
8. ELECTRICAL POWER:
Electricity is provided to each area from a drop in the ceiling or at the back of the boards, but exhibitors are responsible for their own CSA approved extension cords.
Please be advised that there will be an inspection by the Electrical Inspection Authority to be sure that we are code compliant so be sure that all your extension cords have a ground plug and any power bars and electrical equipment is CSA approved.
9. CLEANING:
Aisles and aisle carpets will be cleaned daily
Exhibitors are responsible for maintaining own displays
10. SECURITY:
Security system at the arena is armed during off hours of show as well as additional security when needed. Please assist by storing small items out of the way after the show closes each night
11. INSURANCE:
The Sarnia Home Show is insured for public liability and property damage.
Exhibitors are responsible for their own materials and are required to provide us with a copy of Liability Insurance naming Sarnia Home Show as a co-insured party. You would need to call you insurance provider and ask them to send it to us by email sarniahomeshow@gmail.com
12. FORMAT:
The Sarnia Home Show provides an opportunity for your company to display well-developed exhibits surrounded by other high-profile businesses.
13. SOUND/NOISE:
All exhibitors must have equal opportunities to present their goods and services without interference from neighboring exhibits. Undue sounds/noise, as determined by the Show Coordinator, will not be tolerated
14. PERSONNEL:
All displays must be adequately staffed during show hours.
15. PAYMENT FOR SPACE:
Exhibit space MUST BE PAID IN FULL under the terms and date of exhibit space contract.
16. EXHIBITOR BADGES
Exhibitor Badges and courtesy passes will be available at set up
The people working in your display should wear these badges as it helps identify them to show patrons as well as Show Security. They are your admittance to the show and should be worn at all times.
